In Frozen, before Anna can save Elsa, Olaf saves Elsa by risking melting. Olaf says some people are worth it. Yeah, there are some people I would melt for. Why? Because I love them so much I have to make sure they are taken care of before me. And when you realize what you would do for them you start to examine that they are doing the same for me.
